BOOKING POLICY

RESERVATIONS: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not secured until the deposit has been received.
PAYMENTS: The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
RESCHEDULING: Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event and are subject to availability.
REQUIREMENTS: Clients must ensure adequate space, access to power outlets, and a safe, dry setup area.
APPROVALS: All special effects and LED screen setups are subject to venue approval.
